Blooming Minds Change Champion Network is a youth development and empowerment organisation working with young people between the ages of 6 and 20 equipping them to face the socio-economic challenges young people face in the 21st century. We are driven by the need to strengthen our youth community. Our mission is to empower, equip and elevate young people by motivating and preparing them to pursue innovations that will better help them meet the challenges of globalisation, take on leadership roles and help build a sustainable economy.

Empower: Our projects will empower our youth community by preparing them to be relevant and competitive in a world that is ever changing. The training, workshop and seminars provided leave young people feeling confident to create the world they want to live in.

Equip: With the experiences acquired from some of our projects, young people will be equipped to pursue knowledge that is geared towards building a sustainable economy in the community. Our projects provide support and resources for young people to take action and make decisions that are impactful.

Elevate: These workshops will build confidence and desire in young people that drives them to engage in transformative operations that are geared towards life enhancements and building an active youth force. For example, with 60% of the African population under 25 years, our projects in Africa will help eradicate poverty and unemployment among young people. Tangible results from our research and development workshops would mean that young people can create relevant opportunities for themselves and this will in turn elevate their individual communities.

We run a charitable trust in the United Kingdom and most of our major projects are in Africa . We work with individuals and corporates who are committed to the growth and advancement of young people.
